My bg is a piece of sheet music which I painted with gesso and green acrylic paint. I sprayed it with gold distress stain which is hard to see in my picture. I then stamped my images and masked the windmill and sentiment. A gold jelly roll pen was used to "write" a stream of consciousness background. Some washi tape was added and a darker green scribbled on the edge with colored pencils. This was fun..I tried to practice the illegible writing but found the best way to do it was to write as fast as I could..and it came out pretty bad..which was the point ;)

The gold pen on the sheet music makes such a wonderful bg, Polly. Tgese colors look so cool together...you are so great at choosing unysyal color combos that look fantastic. I like the windmill and bike images that you used.
