The stamps are from a company based in Vancouver where I live. It is called Local King Rubber Stamp - they make stamps, some dies, and also sell a set of markers and glossy card stock for the technique they teach for colouring their stamps with their markers.
I used the Local King markers in a variety of colours to colour my bird stamps. I stamped them on glossy cardstock and then sponged around the birds. I bordered the panel with black, glued on a die cut branch under the birds' feet, and added a stamped and heat embossed sentiment. I let the branch and sentiment hang over the edges of the focal panel to add more interest.
