Great challenge Karen. I went looking for a stencil to use and chose the Tim Holtz eye chart. I knew I had a stamp set and dies from My Favorite Things that would work with it. MFT had the perfect sentiment for this technique. I layered several eye glass die cuts together with a piece of acetate between the top two. I use the stencil the regular way on the bottom pair onto the glass part itself. (this is the part you would remove from the frame) I just used white for the glass part inside of the black frame. I love how it almost looks like a pair of eyes as well. I die cut the Lawn Fawn Journaling card down a bit to make room for the sentiment. I also trimmed a little off of the base to center everything correctly.
