Today's sketch really appealed to me. I'm not usually one for strong diagonals, but I thought they were a terrific design element in this sketch. I also liked the simplicity of the sketch. Circular panel #1 was enlarged(and moved up)to be the main focal point of the card. The flower and leaves were done on watercolor paper, then cut out and raised up on foam tape.

Fabulous card, Sallie! I love your idea with the large flower in place of the circle and the black and white combo really makes the bloom pop!! I liked the sketch, too and will use it again!
