If you were the one suggesting a challenge theme, it would be rational to assume that you would have ten perfect stamps waiting to be used, or better yet, an image already colored and waiting to be put on a card. The operative word here is rational, and my creative process is anything but rational. The only container stamp I own was this mason jar. It is an old wood mount stamp, so I couldn'T even use the MIST to help with placement. I found these 3 frogs on Pinterest and could not decide which to use, so I used all 3. I printed out the first frog and used the thing-a-majig to stamp the jar around him. After printing out the other seated frog, I fussy cut him and lopped off one arm and leg, then glued him next to the jar so it looks like he is peeking out from behind the jar. I fussy cut the leaping frog, amputated his foot and glued it below the lid to look like he is climbing out of the jar. I have at least 6 faux wood tutorials, but since I used up all my dicision making skills on the frog placement, I just used the first tutorial I found. I smeared blue acrylic paint and white crackle paint on craft cs, ran it through the Big Shot with the word ef, then sponged on some tea dye and walnut distress ink. Everything was colored with copics. The bark came from the lcoal park. I hope you join us in this fun F4A challenge. TFL,Francie

My mouth dropped when I saw this card! I love everything about it! The frogs are gorgeous and the one at the top of the jar is perfect with the reattached leg! The background is just awesome. Wow, Francie, I keep scrolling back up just for another look. Remarkable!!! Faved for sure!

YIKES! This is over-the-top exquisite, fun art! I luv all the details. Your amputations were a success and the frogs look happy in spite of their surgery. The wood background is fabulous. The coloring of the jar and scene within - superb. The bark is a super addition and the way you used the Spellbinders cattails is pure genius (going to steal that idea). Everything about this just screams ARTIST! Is it obvious that I'm totally blown away by this card???????

This is off the charts incredible!! Love all the frogs, but I think the only smart one is the one out of the jar!! LOL!! But the other is trying to escape, hope he does!!
I laughed and laughed reading your adventure at making this card! You sure know how to tell a story and make us have a better day!!
