Happy Freaky Friday, all...and just what is the setting on YOUR dryer? Mine: several clicks BEYOND normal...grin.
Jeanne, thanks for hitting a double: hosting the F4A316 Mellow Yellow and MIX163 To Die For. I am entering this card in both galleries...I know the die cut I used (circle) is not very fancy...but.
The Verses Rubber Sentiment just cracks me up. I mean seriously what exactly is normal and do you want to go there? My Art Impressions 'Marge' is exasperated ..she's far behind on the laundry...the mantel is still decorated for Christmas (maybe a jump on 2016 Christmas, her husband is writing love notes on the furniture. What's a woman to do? Go into the studio and play with ink, paper, and rubber. That's what.
This is a simple card. I spied a whole page of yellow washers and dryers in a magazine at work yesterday. Since it was an ad, I didn't think anyone would mind if I repurposed the machines...just didn't know it would be so soon. The wallpaper in Marge's laundry room is from long retired Basic Grey 'Urban Prairie', I added the snippet of trim with tiny staples up top. I mean what's wallpaper with a border????
I'd love to hear your less than normal musings...anyone wanna stop by and help me de~Christmas the mantel??? Have a happy weekend, all.

aLove what you did with that AI image. did u use shrink wrap to shrink her or use your computer. How does one define normal? It's all relative, isn't it?
sweet card.

Well, Susan, we can always rely on you to bring the fun and humour!! Your wallpaper and border look fabulous in your laundry here and what a great sentiment! You know, I wish my "normal" was being zany but, as I've aged, I have quietened down a lot - I might unleash when I get to my 60's HAHA!!

I love that sentiment and the image of that worn out woman on the bottom! Just too true and cute!

I think I wanted to be "normal" for awhile when I was a teen, but not anymore Baby. I want to LIVE!! I love your card. It speaks to my heart and I just love that background. I would really like to hold hands with the tired out woman in the chair. I think we could encourage each other.
