Dawn's F4A Challenge this week - Reading Recommendations.
Apart from craft, one of my favourite things to do is read. I have many, many favourite books but I will mention one I read last year - The Garden of Evening Mists by Tan Twan Eng. This book is set in Malaya in 1949 and the garden is Yugiri, the only Japanese garden in Malaya. This is a really wonderful story!
For my card I have chosen this fantastic digi image with the most perfect spot to read, out in the garden. All pretty self explanatory, love this butterfly sticker!

I would love to sit by that tree and read...your scene is so inviting. The blue dp is so bright and cheerful, and it looks really nice with this image.

So pretty Sue, I want to just be sitting in that chair with no one to disturb me all afternoon so that I could just lose myself in that book!
Lovely card miss Sue!

Sue this is a very lovely card. I love and admire a garden and being down here in Charleston, South Carolina, I'm surrounded by lovely flowers. The book sounds very interesting too. I'll have to check it out. Until then you have inspired us all with your enchanting card.

This does look like the perfect reading place. And your book sounds like it would be a good one as well. The reading scene is wonderful and the blue and white makes a really fresh looking card!

I would so be out there in your Adirondack chair with a book in my lap. And an espresso on the log table! Your card is wonderful, Sue. I especially like how you matched the patter of your embossed panel with the patterned paper. Your recommendation sounds interesting. I'll add it to my list. I am once again in a book club...to get a book read in a month will definitely challenge me...gardening time is here.
