As good a time as any to start of stash for 4th of July cards...even though I don't send many. Cathy's WT Challenge was to use a patriotic theme and/or colors.
I stamped and then masked my Lady Liberty image before coloring the American flag with reinkers and an aqua brush.

Awesome job on this, Nancy - I thought it was a no line card when I first looked at it, and your coloring makes it look so perfect!! SO PATRIOTIC!

This technique is not easy with watercolor and you mastered it beautifully, even creating the highlighting showing the flag in the wind! How I'd love to have this talent! Beautifully done!
