Audrie always manages to show us the best places to find inspiration and the site today had tons of it. It is cold and windy and snowy and I needed some colour so I picked #37 - Sunny Citrus. For my butterfly I ran out of the ice colour glitter paper, so I had to use this bright gold. To change the colour I first heat embossed my butterfly on the glitter paper using white embossing powder. I then coloured with the orange ranges of markers and then used the blending pen to bring out the white embossing lines. IRL they show up perfectly giving that off white look. Before attaching the butterfly I embossed the base with the polka dots embossing folder, then arrange the coloured vellum circles. I added sequins and crystals and then I smiled. A gorgeous butterfly, Kia, and I love the colors you chose. They remind me of spring, which I hope comes soon. Your bg of vellum circles and sequins is awesome!

You truly infused movement and sunshine into this card! It's bursting with sunshine kissed colors! I was blown away by your design - true inspiration genius!
