Today's Color Challenge, CC568, hosted by Vicki (vdutchr) involves these three SU colors: So Saffron, Soft Sky, and Smoky Slate. Vicki did an outstanding job in selecting these colors as they are so beautiful together. Kudos to Vicki!
I made this card for the challenge. I stamped onto watercolor paper the three floral images, embossed them with white embossing powder, water colored them using the three selected colors, and fussy cut them. The first layer is an embossed piece of So Saffron CS with an Everything Eleanor image stamped onto it. Another Everything Eleanor image was stamped with So Saffron onto a piece of Whisper White CS on which the sentiment was stamped. This was matted with Soft Sky and Smoky Slate CS and embellished with sequins.
Enjoy, and TFL!

Beautiful color combo this week, and a very lovely card to match. Wonderful look with the flourish stamp first before embossing - the addition of the die-cut florals add even more dimension to this very nicely designed card. Well done!

These colors work so perfectly for an Easter card, and you have created a beauty with this loverly stamp set. Love the white embossing and the fussy cutting on the flowers!
