I didn't start out cheating. I really didn't. It was a matter of 'balance' as my good friend One4Joy says. I had the circle at the bottom without the panel on a smaller card, but it just didn't project a sense of balance. I couldn't have that so changes were initiated, unfortunately.
I moved the circle up, added an embossed panel and then the bling came out. Finally, I saw 'balance.'

You really have a way with Asian!!! This is Amazing! It's so Elegant and looks so 'Important" (can't think of a better word). The black and white (love the textured design) is Outstanding and the touches of gold are WOW! Love the Oriental trinket attached to the rod! Beautiful job Anne!

Oh, Anne, I'm in agreement - you do the best Asian-themed cards, and I love the texture, the pendent, and really love the gold foil! Stunning, precious friend! Warm hugs!

It's all about the balance isn't it? I hate when I have an idea for a card and ... no balance. It starts out one size and finishes up another to make everything come together. Another one of your brilliant Asian creations Anne. Love the gold rod and the embellishment.
