I had this piece of card embossed with TE Snowfall sitting on my desk. The open space in it turned out to be just about the right size to stamp Winterberry, only a couple of the bumps made his hat harder to colour.
I cut it down into a smaller square, re-embossed the snow and matted it onto black.
I used some BG Aspen Frost and cut a border a long the bottom with Frostyville. Stamped the sentiment and trimmed the BG panel so that the sentiment would still show at the bottom. Added bling and Stickles to the die-cut and card base. Stickles and Liquid Pearls on Winterberry. To finish, I added some bright banners strung on gold cord and edged with a silver pen.
