Our WT555 challenge today is to use a paintbrush. I wet down my smaller panel (wc cs) with water and then added colors with my paintbrush, letting it drip and blend a bit. After it dried I used my paintbrush again to splatter diluted ink and white acrylic paint to create the "snow". Once that dried I sprayed shimmer mist over the whole panel for a shimmery effect. Die cut my trees (LOVE THEM!), stamped sentiment, and then assembled w/ dimensional tape.

WOWZER!!! You have perfected the splatter technique! The splotches over the moon look exactly like clouds in a night sky...and your multi-colored, multi-layered splatters in the sky are so gorgeous it leaves me in awe. The tree diecuts are pretty, indeed, made even more stunning by your incredible background. Impressive! TFS
Wow, this is stunning, Maura ... what a gorgeous background, so beautiful behind those crisp white trees ... I can almost feel the chill!! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out! Anita
