It’s my pleasure to be your hostess this week, and I’ve chosen the Challenge Colors of Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay. The dessert option this week is to use a die-cut or punched element on your card. I used my Silhouette Portrait to “die cut” my elephant and balloon image.
This card uses the new-to-me set, Unforgettable, by WPlus9. I think the elephants in this set are so adorable, and there are so many other cute elements in the set—stars, flowers, party hats, etc.
I stamped the elephant and balloon on a piece of X-Press-It Blending Card, and then ran it through my Portrait so that they would be cut in one piece. That turned out much better than I expected.
This card is for our nephew, Alex, who just graduated from high school. I hope he doesnÂ’t think itÂ’s too juvenile for him; but I do think heÂ’s amazing, and the image goes with the sentiment so well!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Ah, Barbara, I just giggle every time I see this little elephant! He's so adorable, and what a sweet card, especially with the sentiment! Great color challenge card today! Hugs!

I love this little ellie too! The sentiment is fabulous.....great color choice...tho it was hard for me. I guess that's what a challenge is about!
