I once grew blue poppies from seed and had them for about three years in the garden - and then they disappeared. Some time I'll try them again, they were such a beautiful vivid blue, which I tried to capture with my clean treatment of this image. Stamped and embossed the image on Bristoal board, coloured with Inktense pencils. It's layered on black card after distressing the edges. I made 3 faux brads with a scrap of the red card, sprinkling some red glitter over the Glossy Accents. The base was simply embossed with chevron ef, then I sponged the edges with Versamark and embossed with gold.

Lovely blue poppies...I'll bet they were gorgeous in your garden my friend. Your panel is beautiful with the soft curled edges. Thanks for a fun challenge.
