I first cut a piece of pink vellum, embossed it and then colored in the back with alcohol ink. Cut a frame and glued it on top of the vellum and base. Cut the umbrella and sentiment 3 times each in blue. Cut the umbrella once in white and glued it under the blue so just an edge of the white was showing.

Your patience for coloring an embossed piece of vellum is amazing! What a beautiful backdrop for the die cut umbrella. Your framing is always so elegant too!

This gets a tripple Wow, Priscilla. What a delicate, lovely card. The embossed and colored vellum creates such a gorgeous bg that looks great with the bright umbrella and sentiment. I love the little white edge on the umbrella.
