I've been having so much fun playing with the watercolor smooshing technique, since returning home. I miss all of my toys when we're gone, but so enjoy time at our condo, even though it means limited stamping supplies. The BG was made using barn door and evergreen bough distress inks, put on an acetate sheet, misted with water and then pressing the watercolor paper onto it. The image was stamped with smokey shadow and framed with smokey shadow and sage shadow papers. The card base is SU's confetti white and I added some twine for accent. I'm entering this into the Merry Monday #154 vintage challenge, too.

Beautiful colours on your watercoloured bg, Sue, lovely Christmas cards!! I can so relate to you - I, too, have limited supplies at my holiday unit (Aussie for condo!).
