I'll admit right off the top that I added green...just couldn't see apple blossoms with turquoise leaves, and I imagine those that I send my cards to, wouldn't either. : ) The brown of the branch was made by mixing that "cheater" green and the red reinkers. Again, aqua brush and reinkers to color the image.

This is one of my favourites of all your watercoloured flowers - so lovely, so evocative of spring. You are so good at getting realistic shading in your flowers!

Sallie, I can't get over the beauty of each and every one of your water colored cards, and appreciate that you take the time to describe what 'tools' you use for each technique - makes it easier for us to try something, when we know what to use in our attempts!!
