I had fun creating this card using the theme for today~April showers. I did the ink, spray and smash technique for the background. Next, I stamped the trickling water in versamark and embossed in black. Then I stamped the cone flowers in versamark and embossed in black. The flowers were painted with pearlescent watercolors. I sponged the edges with basic gray and then dragged all 4 sides through the basic gray pad. Crystal effects were added to the raindrops. I used a piece of background that was leftover and stamped the sentiment, cut out with word window punch and put on dimensionals. A bit of gray ribbon to finish it off.

This is so pretty Pam!! I love those water droplets and especially the ones that are falling from the petals of the flowers and dropping on the tops. So cool!! The gray and blue bg is nice to, as is the beautiful ribbon. :>)

Wow Pam, this is so artistic - like a painting hanging in a modern art gallery. The water drops are wonderful, and I love the blue flowers. Such a pretty card.
