My afternoon did not start off too well - broke the handle on my little cutter - and its only 10 years old!!! Panic where did I put the "replacement one" I bought at the same time - just in case. After much searching through the boxes I found it - relief.
I have ribbon on the card but no bow. I do not do bows!!! Or perhaps I should say I just cannot make a nice enough bow - so the little flowers are there to make it look like a decoration on the bow.
I have changed the sketch around a bit. I am left handed and find that things just don't look right on the right hand side - I did play around with it - and my left sided brain was in control this afternoon and wouldn't let me put things on the right. So there it is. A left handed person's interpretation of the sketch.
Hope you enjoy it.

Oh, Helen, we have something in common - we are both left-handed!! Cute! I'm so glad you found the replacement for your cutter, and I love your interpretation of the sketch! It's so beautiful with this darling image, and your "bow" substitutes are perfect! Love it, sweet friend! Hugs!
