This card is for the Baker’s Dozen Monthly Challenge, for the Ways to Use It challenge to use circles and a Sketch Challenge. Our monthly hostess for March is Sue/stampinspooky. She gave us three challenges with the supplies she sent to us. One of which was to use Sketch Challenge #488 and another was to make a St. Patrick’s Day card with Doxie Dog. I combined those two challenges; however I will still make three cards. For the sketch, I turned it sideways. I added the shiny gold paper which I purchased from SU! decades ago; I’m trying to use it or lose it in regards to my stash. I used a circle tag which I ran around on top of my Gold Metallic ink pad to put a gold edge on it. I punched out a shamrock as a circle accent and used circle eyelet & circular gold dots. Unfortunately when I watercolored, I smeared the shamrocks that Doxie is carrying. I added some 5 leaf shamrocks (green flowers) to cover up the smear. Although there are 5 leaf shamrocks, they are quite rare. They represent extra good luck and attracting money. Perhaps when I give my card away, I should enclose a few dollars just for fun. On the green piece at the top, I stamped “Blessings” because I do plan to enclose some Irish Blessings with my card. Thanks for looking. Your comments are a blessing. TFL
