For the Ways to Use It challenge "Monochromatic - go green". A perfect chance to add to my Christmas stash!
The background is watercolour paper swiped with two different green Distress stains - Bundled Sage and Shabby Shutters. When dry, I stencilled holly flourishes (a stencil Loll Thompson kindly made me on her Silhouette machine) on it using Bundled Sage Distress ink. I stamped the trees and sentiment in Versafine Olympia Green and heat embossed them. I pressed Forest Moss ink on my craft sheet and watered it down, picked some up with a paintbrush and flicked it on the panel. Bordered it with dark green cs and popped it up on a cream card base.

I'm Late in looking in this week, but so glad I did! Your card is stunning! That background makes me feel the mist in the forest with all it's shades of green!

Susan, so sorry I missed this last week, but I saw pvilbaum's post about her favorites and went "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!"! What a beauty this turned out to be with the 2 toned BG and then stenciled! Love the dark green embossed trees over everything - loving all the GREEN!
