Mary is our hostess this week, and she has given us the option of five soft and sweet colors. We can use three or all five, with white as a neutral color. I used Coastal Cabana, Hello Honey, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding and White. I skipped the brown color and also skipped dessert this week.
I broke out my new-to-me MFT horizontal stitched strips and used them for the first time, and I love the look they provide. Then I created a cascade of flowers and leaves, molded them a bit, and stuck them on. I wasn't sure whether to use the butterfly or not--and where to put it--but then I saw a smudge of Coastal Cabana, so that dilemma was answered pretty quickly!!!
Thanks for stopping by, and please join us in this week's Color Challenge.

Smudges are irritating, but look how you got to cover it up, and the recipient won't ever know! Lol because that's the reason I ended up using glitter on my bow today. For some unknown reason, the black ink bled a little, and I almost freaked out until I figured what to do~ Pretty cascading flowers and your new strips look great!

Love these stitched panels! (added to my wish list!)
Your cascade of flowers is wonderful...and I love how you found the perfect place for the butterfly! ;-)
