This is for the CC515, The TLC518, and the MMTPT339. It reminded me of the white flowers that wild strawberry plants have. With the dark brown, I thought it looked like the woodpieces and dirt with some strawberry plants growing. The red dot paper also made me think of strawberries. The little piece of black plaid paper was actually a test I was trying on a piece of scrap paper. I have a stripe stamp and I wanted to see if I could make my own gingham paper...I stamped the stripes vertically and then horizontally. Now I can make my own paper in coordinating ink. Even though I used black for my test paper, it worked fine for this card. I was short on time and couldn't color the flowers with copics inbright colors like I wanted to, so I decided to go with this week's challenge colors and the mush faster watercolor technique. I might make another version with the copics if I have time. I will use one or the other card for the MMTPT339 to send to a fellow teapotter. Francie

Your card is fantastic and I am in awe that you created your own gingham! Your watercoloring is wonderful and love the tiny bows you created with those clips!

Wild strawberries - so delicious. I bet that means there will be bears in your wood! Wow on the stamped gingham, it's wonderful looking. I've sometimes looked at plaid builder sets, thinking they look as if they would be fun.
And with the burlap and those darling bows, you've definitely got extra cookies coming your way.

OOOO you've got me thinking of starwberry picking now..I love to do that (not out in the wild as you described..although that would be fun). Great layout and I love the mix of patterns and textures and those bows are just too cute!

Your flowers stamped in the white are so pretty! And how cool that you made your own DP! My favorite part is the buttons and bows, they are so sweet!!!
