When I visited Resurrect Antiques last week (Valley, AL), I discovered they now do weddings and they have the items they use in weddings upstairs. Wow - I am so glad I still have one daughter left to marry off. I told her this week she has to have a Fall wedding and we are going to have this company help with the wedding. Now I just need to get her a good man so we can have fun planning the wedding!
I used the same blog post as my other card for my inspiration in this challenge - just scroll down and look at the old window frames and then the bush/tree behind the lemonade stand. Here is the link:
MiX94 - Anything Goes (use old MIX challenge)
MIX79 - Glued (I mixed in glue with my Fired Brick ink to make my flowers - it made the paper sturdier once it dried which was important because I used old notebook paper my daughter had done a rough draft paper on - extra points for recycling Audrie)
MIX82 - Rolly Polly - I rolled my flowers after coating them with the glue and ink mixture and running them through an EF
Audrie, I took your challenge and added some berries that I had in my flower drawer - they are over 2 years old and so are the EFs and Snow Tex I used.
Fun, fun, fun!

Nancy, I saw this last night, just before I went to bed and have been thinking about it ever since! This is just so gorgeous!!! The way you did the greenery with the roses and the added "snow"...it all looks so VERY pretty! The added berries, fit in beautifully too! Love it all!!!

One would have assumed from "I told her this week she has to have a Fall wedding and we are going to have this company help with the wedding" that your daughter was plannng a wedding. Your next sentence made me literally laugh out loud. TFS!! Your card is just gorgeous....I love the snow-dusted roses!!
