Hello! If you spend any time at all around our lovely Lee, you know that she LOVES snow so it should not come as any surprise that her CAS299 challenge for us this week is to create a project with snowflakes!
I took a background that I made up awhile ago. If anyone can tell me the name of the tutorial here on SCS I would love to add it to my "technique" description. I just can't remember! I think I played a challenge where we used a baggie to make prints. It kind of reminded me of a version of a gelli plate print. I can almost see the challenge in my head! It's a bit scary, that I can't remember how I did this because it wasn't all that long ago!!!!
I die cut the largest snowflake and inlaid it then added dimension to the next two snowflakes with foam pad. I added some glitter to the snowflake and a gem and that was it!

Wow, this is so pretty and elegant. Love the pretty stone in the center of the beautiful snowflakes. The snowflakes arriving in my yard did not strike me as pretty as yours does.

Angie, was it TLC498 where we were asked to Wrap It Around? That's what I'm thinking anyhow. That gem is amazingly beautiful and really enhances your pretty bg! Love the snowflake~
