We had to use templates for the Way to Use it challenge so I used the cloud, mountain and the water is also a template meant for land and I turned it upside down and made some water.
The trees are a little stamp of three and I just continued across the page and left off the trunks. Markers are good for that task. The mountain is sponged and in the lighter color then darker added to the top. After sponging on the blue for the water I went over it in turquoise.
The twill has a slit cut in one layer under the brad, I slipped the other end through it and the brad holds it in place and goes through the hole in the green layer. This is to avoid bulk. I smacked the brad a few times with my heavy scissors to rough it up a bitÂ…it looked to perfect for a rustic card.
Tan and white c/s edges are sponged with brown. The twill tape is inked by pulling it through the ink while my finger held it down.
