FINALLY! I am home from the Forest-7 LONG days away from my craft room!!!
Today is my first day back and I'm all-in for the inspiration challenge! Watercolor! You KNOW how much I love my watercolor!!
As much as I like Tim Holtz watercolor paper, I find it doesn't hold up if you're doing repeated washes. Hence the sequins (which I would usually refrain from using on such a rustic card) and their placement. Anyone have any advice? Or should I just plan to stick to my heavy duty paper when doing repeated washes???
At any rate, LOVE the challenge and was delighted with my pumpkins. LORD, I'm SO HAPPY TO BE HOME!!!

Seven days in the forest with no craft supplies, that is terrible. I know you had to be having withdrawal symptoms. Love your card and the coloring is fabulous.

Carmen, glad you are back - hope you had fun! The sequins on this look wonderful - kind of give it that Cinderella look you know? Like all the sudden the pumpkins will start to shake and pop into a carriage. Fabulous! Lovely water-coloring. Hugz!

Your watercoloring is fantastic Carmen! I tried for the 100th time to watercolor today and added more to the trash pile. I too, like the sequins! I don't use Tim paper but have never had that happen on any watercolor paper. Outstanding job on this!
