Loved making this tag...such gorgeous flowers to watercolor. Colored the flower stamp with markers, stamped dry, then touched the aqua brush sparingly to activate the color. For the grasses, inked & spritzed, then stamped to get the more blurry effect.
I have the hardest time knowing what to do next with tags. In the end, I dry embossed the white background, and belatedly stamped the foliage down own side.

Yes, this is gorgeous! I LOVE the tulips and the wonderful watercoloring. The foliage down the side looks great.
