hi there,
Here is my card for the IC challenge today inspired by the Country Curtain site and these curtains: http://www.countrycurtains.com/produ...e=&from=Search
I began by stamping the gate with grey Memento ink for the bkg. For the die cut hollyhocks I rubbed Distress blue inks onto my non-stick craft sheet, sprayed with water and ran my paper through the wet ink. When dry, I die cut the flowers and glued them against the gate. It really reminded me of an English garden.
thanks for looking,

p.s. The colour of the twine is blue but for some reason would not photograph blue.

digital camera's are wonky that way, its usually shades of red that gives me fits. I love how dimensional this looks Karen, using the dies for the blooms was brilliant.

Yep, these are Karen's "signature blues!" I love it! Karen, the fence in the soft gray is such a fabulous backdrop for these beautiful hollyhocks! Gorgeous! Hugs!
