Becky has chosen such pretty colours this week - Soft Suede, Soft Sky, Pear Pizzaz & Crisp Cantaloupe with dessert to make a feminine card. I have also made this for this week's Queen, Janine (Jay_Bee), who not only has a lovely gallery of cards, but is always generous with her comments. The card of Janine's I chose to CASE -
My layout is similar to Janine's using Embrace Life stamp set. I stamped flowers, coloured with copics, fussy cut, and added small pearls to their centres. I raised the cantaloupe flowers, using dimensionals. Made my card a birthday card and added the corner motifs. In hindsight I should have coloured the pear leaves but, after finishing card, didn't trust myself to colour them then!!
TFL! I hope you are enjoying your week in the spotlight, Janine!

Amazing card Sue!! I like that you didn't color the leaves..I think the outlines work best on this with those gorgeous flowers! And I love the blue corners...great way to sneak in that fourth color...I need to remember that ;)
