This is for the CAS276 challenge - 2 step stamping. This Rubbernecker set is a two image set - the solid image and the outline image. I used distress markers and ink and painted the color onto the solid stamp. I misted the image and then stamped onto watercolor paper. After I dried it with a heat gun I stamped the outline image with Versafine Onyx Black. When it was completely dry I added clean water all around the flowers and added very watered down watercolors for the background. This is a quick and easy card - it took longer to explain it than it did to make it!
