todays colour challenge called for so saffron, smoky slate and strawberry slush... Not having any of these colours, I improvised...I attempted at doing the die cut stencil technique....After sponging and then removing stencil, I didn't like what I saw, so I turned the stencil over and cut each section and attached to already sponged area...I then added the yellow bow...after stamping and watercolouring image, I fussy cut it and attached to bottom of card...This card looks so much better IRL especially the sponging.... The sun made the gray area look very dark in some places...

Marie-Alice, this is SO sweet! Love how you used the negative of the scallop die for your layers and your coloring of the baby shoes/mice is so softly done....beautiful.
