Embossed the image in white, then added distress marker (mostly 2 shades) and using a technique from wc class, added water with a paintbrush to draw the color out. Stamped the sentiment and cut the wc panel down. Cut the frame with a nestability die and embossed with lattice folder (which I love). Popped up this panel for dimension and to create a stronger element of texture for the texture challenge.
This is gorgeous! What a beautiful watercolor effect you've achieved. I wasn't aware that Tim Holtz had watercolor cs in his line; it looks whiter than any watercolor paper I've seen - love how close it matches the PTI CS; will have to be on the lookout for some.
