Okay... this is what I did for this size:
Cut cardstock 3.5 x 10.5
Score at one end at 3.5
Score from the other end at 3.5
Take the ride side and fold it over the center
Take the bottom corner (of the piece you just folded over the center) and fold it up towards the top corner. Unfold
Take the left side and fold it over the center.
Take the top corner and fold it back towards the bottom.
Now both pieces will fold over the center.
Take a piece of Designer Paper, cut a 3.5x3.5 piece
Cut in half diagonal and attach to each flap in the front.

These are so cute. I just had to make some. I changed the pattern a little and used a 12 X 12, cutting at 4 inches and folding at 4 inches so each 12 X 12 gave me three cards. Thanks for sharing. One of these days, I will take time to learn to put some of my ideas on SCS.
