Hello all!
Today I wanted to play in both the TLC, which was to make an embedded die cut, and the CAS challenge which was to use dry embossing. I suppose the challenge police might tell me this isn't CAS enough but there are NO embellishments on it at all, so to me, it qualifies.
Anyway... to create my embedded die, I cut my cross out with a the Ornamental Cross die, and then cut it out again from an image of the Violets that I used for my focal point. I then returned that cut out to my negative space and added the sentiment. All products are from the April release at ODBD except for the violets, which are from a past release called The Lord has Risen. Image is colored with Copics. The dp is also a new release of 6 x 6 dp: Christian Faith Paper Collection.
Thanks so much for looking!

GORGEOUS use of ALL your elements! Love the pretty EF and the fact that the dp the cross is in matches your flowers SOOOOO perfectly! Love the die cut with the purple out line (was that hand done?) and the popped embossed one with sentiment on top. SUCH a lovely, lovely card Grace! A fav for sure and pinned as well!

CAS cards are always different for each person, Grace, and compared to the cards you normally make, this is definitely a cas card! Love the beautiful purple, especially in the cross! Gorgeous embossing and dies too~
