What a fun easy layout today Janette. Hopefully this looks multi layered cuz that is what I was trying to achieve. Al tho, it is actually all done on one piece of paper before being put on a white card that I duct taped the edges.....details...
I drew the sketch on a piece of paper, printed out several copies to use as masks.
I tried something new today with my gelli plate. Instead of using acrylic paints, I used stamping ink pads and a brayer......and let me tell you I am lovin' the results.
Using my masks, I made three prints on one piece of paper with different colored inks. Then I sponged the edges of each square to make them POP!
Stamped the heart three times on cs coloring it with a sharpie and bic marker adding the tiny white dots with acrylic paint and a stylus. Cut them out gluing them on the panel popping one up.
Before putting the hearts on the panel I used a toothbrush and paint to splatter on the black n white specs.
Just bought this checkered duct tape and used it for the edges of the card before taping the panel on top....done.
Well, hope you like my gelli prints with the ink. Have a great evening all.....TFL :0)

Fabulous, bright, wonderful card, Cathy! LOVE the ink on the Gelli plate, looks great. Amazing, precise work on the masked layers. As well, what a cool way to use the checkered duct tape. I have wondered what all people are doing with the printed duct tape and this is a grand idea. My late-husband was a BIG fan of duct tape (he called it "German ingenuity"--I called it too lazy to "fix it" right!) If he was alive today, evidence of printed duct tape in our home, would abound. Heehee!

Fabulous! Your colors just pop this card in the gallery. Love the touches of white and it so absolutely looks like layers! Great job!
