This week we are off to Inver Grove Heights, MN to celebrate Rose's 103rd birthday! Rose loves flowers and especially roses. I don't know if the flowers in my image are actually roses but lets pretend they are!
I used the Reverse Masking technique to create this. It's the first time I have tried this and I'm pretty happy with the results. Thanks Beate for the tutorial!
I think this may qualify for Joan's TLC challenge this week to make a one layer card look like it has layers without adding cardstock layers.
Snowing like crazy here in MA today and I'm working from home but I'll be commenting on all the beauties in the gallery as time allows. TFL

I always assumed that stamp was some sort of rose, but even if not your flowers are so pretty that nobody would say no to them. The script background is a perfect pairing - and great work on the one layer card. I love dry-embossed frames for adding a little extra zing to those!
