The TLC challenge today was to make your own stamp. I decided to carve mine, something I had tried before and thought was fun. Since we are once again in the grasp of that Polar Vortex (-16 this morning, even colder tomorrow), I had time to carve three! I volunteer on Mondays but since the schools are all closed I didn't have to go. I usually don't do CAS cards but with the nature of the stamps I thought that was the way to go...I did rate the difficulty of this a 3 because of the carving of the stamps ;) Anyway, thanks for looking!

Polly, I can't believe you carved your own stamp. That is amazing, and I'm in awe. I love your CAS card with the pretty stamps you made, and the red with the kraft colors. A great job! Stay warm!

Polly, I'm impressed that you carved your own stamps! I would never give that a try, but you jumped right in and did it! Gorgeous looking array of stamps, I must say~

Wonderful job on your hand carved stamps! I especially love the flower with the bud and I really like how you arranged all the images on your card. Great job!

I think a 3 is a lowball rating, Polly. How about a 5? You made the stamps, how much more advanced can you go? Oh, I guess if you would have also MADE YOUR OWN PAPER. Get busy!
Really, those stamps are pretty fabulous. I hope to be seeing much more of them in future cards!

Into my favs...this is what a hand carved stamps should look like. I didn't make a card until my craft room warmed up a little. Brutal weather! Stay warm.

Technical difficulty a 5 for sure! Someone let me try this once for a minute or two. They quickly realized it was a mistake! WOW on your images! Fabulous Polly!

WOW, I'm impressed, Polly....carving your own stamps. I'm sure it takes a lot of skill and talent...like woodblocks or linoleum blocks. But you will have them for a lifetime. Your card is lovely with a naturalistic feeling and so pretty in these colors.
