The featured stamper this week is rebeccadeeprose. Her gallery was new to me....oh what a fantastic gallery. I enjoyed looking at all her creations. I chose this card to case: Frame It by rebeccadeeprose at Splitcoaststampers
Using the same embossing folder...did it on velum. I used the opposite side and filled in the roses with my sharpie poster paint pen. Cut it out and embossed the under panel with a basket weave. Added the ribbon, and sentiment.

So pretty what you have done with the vellum - so many techniques I have to try. Beautiful shade of blue and it is perfect for this card. I've seen similar ef and ignored them. I need to go buy one now.
