I went off the grid to honor our amazing Susan! I am very familiar with her gallery, and am the proud owner of one of her originals (which she sent me when I was the FS), which I TREASURE. I decided to try to make a card using Susan's unique style (as if anyone could!), one that would have some of her put-together images and words, rather than try to case one.
Susan, I am so in awe of your creativity, talent, and the way your cards give us things to ponder. I think honoring you is SOOOOOOOO overdue. I hope what I did for you makes you happy, as what you do for us is that, and so much more.
Congratulations Susan, enjoy all the cards and projects made in your honor.
(The door on this card actually opens, and the acetate fills the door panels.)

Anne, what a wonderful tribute to Susan, both with your awesome card and also with your kind words!!! Your open door (on a tilt) is so cool! Having the metal keys, brads and hinge make your card come to life! I love how we can see the angel thru the door and that sentiment is so encouraging! Love it all!!!

..."as if anyone could" is certainly the way to say it, but you did an awesome job putting together a Susanlike card. The keys are just the right addition. Relaxes the whole card.
