I made a hole on the inside of the card so you can remove the buttons if wanted. Just pull up the tab and it will expose the hole. Just like a treat cup would be.

Be still my heart!! I just love button jars. Takes me on an instant favorite pastime of my Grandma Pieper's cherished buttons that I played with as a child. I would turn to the furniture pages of a catalog and pretend the buttons were people sitting on the furniture. Life was simple, what can I say and I am easily entertained I guess!!LOL
