This is for today's teapotter challenge. MMTPT276.
The tea party is headed to Hibbing, Minnesota to Peggy. Peggy is the mother of Foxy67's son's girlfriend. Peggy has recently had surgery and will be starting chemo & radiation soon.
Challenge Translation:
Bring country scenes, farms, nature, lakes ... anything that you'd love to see on a country drive.
The cabin image is from Beccy's Place (digital image) I added the two tress on the right side and the ducks flying overhead (from Victorine orginals) and the sentiment is from Clear Dollar Stamps (everyday jar-gon) I coloured image with Stamin up, Tombow and copic markers. Added the leaves in the trees and on the ground (water colour minis) and sponged in the clouds using Soft Sky Ink). Matted image with burgundy and black cardstock. Sewed edges. Punched out the photo corners and glued on with crystal effects. Added crystal effects on top of the corners for a glossy look.
This image reminds me of a rustic country cabin by a lake...
Thanks for looking,
Hugs..Pat

What a lovely scene, Pat! I love the colour in the tree (still some on the trees here, but we've had such strong winds today it won't be long till they're all bare).
This reminds me more of France, though - or even Switzerland. I love that lean-to with all the wood ready for cosy winter fires!!
We are always delighted to have volunteer hostesses for Tickle a Teapotter Tuesdays. All you need is an idea for a theme and a picture of a teapot to suit it.
