A little play on words for the title (if you haven't heard of Fifty Shades of Grey..it's a popular book ;) )....I already had a bg made with my gelli plate that had all three shades of blue in it so I went with that and the rest followed. I decided to try Beate's bleached out images tutorial and used that on the picture portion of my card. I stamped the image in black and embossed with clear ep on a piece of turquoise paper. I then painted on bleach over the inner image..I wanted to leave the lacy part the turquoise color. When it was dry I colored with copics. The bg piece is about half covered in tulle and I added a piece of German scrap as accent. Thanks for taking a look!

WOW! Can we come stamp with you?? Your techniques produce some of the most unique, gorgeous backgrounds I have seen. Love that image and your coloring is super!

Gosh Polly but this is a beauty. I just love looking at your cards. There are always so many elements and they just grab you from the get go. It just amazes me how you do that.
