This card is for the WT challenge, to use beads. Here the beads sort of look like little bees, a fact that went unnoticed until the DH mentioned it.
The stems and some leaves of the flowers are embroidered, while the flowers and some leaves are done with ribbon that has been knotted (it wasn't easy). I added more knots to the pattern as it didn't look full enough to me.
The ribbon border comes that way and the Hugs is from a Cheery Lynn die.

WOW!! Love the embroidery and ribbon embroidery! No clue how you designed this or how you began to but this is incredibly beautiful! I love stitching on cards but you have taken this to a new and much higher level. Outstanding work and into my favorites!

Jennifer, this is just beautiful! I was admiring some ribbon embroidery when we were in Greece back in May. Using it on a card seems to me to be much more practical. And beads work so well with the ribbon and embroidery, too - keeping us in the haberdashery department .
