HI! My card today is for several challenges, including today's WT439, to use a background stamp. I am the proud owner of over 50 background stamps and I love 'em! I chose one of my "old-time" favs that I haven't used in a long time--SU's Cheesecloth. It reminded me of netting, which is in sync w/my cool, new pictureshow stamps image. I purposely inked imperfect frames to coincide w/the grungy edges of the stamp.
This card is also for Tuesday's CC438, which called for crushed curry, midnight muse (I subbed night of navy) and primrose petals (I subbed pixie pink.) The ATCAS19 challenge theme is summer and I am submitting my card for that challenge. As well, I am submitting it for the new CSC152 , inspired by Jennifer McGuire. I used some of the same color tones, kept it bright and happy and I believe my theme is in keeping w/her sentiment, but it is the fun thing! Hee!
