I did so many different things on this let's see if I can recount the steps! I stamped my image and then masked her and sponged mustard seed over a stencil for the background. I applied some ink spray to that. I then took a dot stencil and sponged aged mahogany in the dots and applied some chalk to the places outside the dots. I colored in her face by sponging vintage photo and also using watercolor pencils. Images and dots were highlighted using some gel pens. Oh and I went for more dots by applying magic mesh on the corners of my sentiment. There you have it!

Very cool card. Love the dots in the bg, great color combo. Love the mesh, on the corners of the sentiment. I love everything about this card. tfs.

Polly, I am just in awe of your incredible backgrounds!!! I LOVE this mustard yellow with the orangy-red!!! Her eyes are extremely piercing with the whites showing up so clearly! Really cool image (as always!) and I love how you used the stencils too! Amazing card!!!
