The blue and white reminded me of a nautical theme, which I had in mind for a couple other challenges. I kept the color theme, used a photo frame (MFT) instead of the I-Pad and "waves" (water) instead of the chevrons.
This card was also inspired by a pillow found at yesterday's IC394 website, Thomas Paul:
Cut two photo frames from white recycled cardboard. Cut inner square from SU bashful blue cardstock. Cut whale from SU gray. Stamped frame and whale w/HA newspaper print stamp. Embossed whale w/CB folder. Added eye w/SU marker. Added MFT "paint" stamp, SU "splashes" and sentiment to frame. Stamped MFT paint stamp in three SU blue shades for ocean water. Stamped the blow. Put together frame layers. TIP: So that it stays in place, add center piece to photo frame by taping w/regular clear tape, to back of bottom frame. Added SU dimensionals to whale and placed. Attached double frame to card w/Scor-Tape. Stamped a few water "splashes on corners.
