I wanted to try the technique Ky showed on her mix-ability video. I applied Daffodil Delight and Basic Gray ink to a craft mat and smashed my card stock into it. Then applied a layer of gesso with a sponge brush. Another layer of Summer Starfruit and Basic Gray ink. Too bright... another layer of gesso. Too muddy... another layer of Summer Starfruit and Daffodil Delight ink. Then I dabbed more gesso on with the sponge brush. I ended up with a cool marble look. But what to do with it? I ended up making an simple antique-y looking sky scene with a vintage plane image.
Kitty is working hard, isn't she?

This is just fabulous! I LOVE your BG and the colors in it are perfect against your gray airplane and clouds!

Oh Kitty! Mine would be chewing on the card. Your card is so pretty. I really love the antique sky! Fabulous! Thank you so much for playing my challenge!
