This is for today's t-Pot tuesday. Come and join us.
We are sending a warm country hug with quilts as a theme and pastel colors to Karen.
I was excited as haven't made a quilt card for a while and they are so fun to make. Lets send her lots of best wishes and love the old country fashioned way..:0)
I just cut my squares and glued them on a card base and then embossed that sheet, made little bows with embroidery thread and stamped them a bit to match for the corners and then used a border punch for the outer layer, and folded and glued a back piece on the back to keep the front that shape on the edge and decided to spong the edge a touch as well as the butterflies and sentiment to match the blues in the quilt. the butterflies were an embossed butterfly set too from stampin up. Inside I am going to put, I think..Nahum 1 : 7...The Lord is good, a Stronghold in the day of trouble and he knows those who trust in him.
Thanks for the visit...:0)

Very pretty soft color and cute little flutterby! Nicely done, Wendy!

Oh my but this is beautiful! It is so soft and comforting. It really looks like a fabric quilt. Gorgeous!!
